The feature will allow users to tap a “cast” button from within music and radio apps on Android, iOS and the web to stream audio to Google Cast enabled speakers. A GDPR-style privacy law in California is serving as a blueprint for other states, suggests a report today. Following the example of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which takes effect on January 1, two further states have passed privacy laws and almost 20 more are considering it… CNET reports. Google today provided an update on its work with Exposure Notifications to help combat COVID-19. The new Google TV is the interface layer that runs on top of the actual OS powering the new Chromecast, Android TV. The Google TV skin has its own on-screen interface that you can navigate with the included voice remote control.
