Google today has released a nice update to Google Maps for iOS users. Google today released an iOS app for its AdWords Express advertising service. The app, which is available for only Google’s automated AdWords Express advertising service aimed at small businesses, allows users to view stats from advertisements created with the service, edit the advertisements, adjust budgets, and get notifications related to campaigns directly from within the iPhone or iPad app: Google already had an AdWords Express app available for Android users, but it doesn’t yet have mobile apps for its full-fledged AdWords service....

Google today announced the launch of a new company called Calico. The company focuses on health and well-being matters, and Google CEO Larry Page describes it as a “moonshot” initiative that could help millions of people: Notably, Arthur Levinson will be a founder and the CEO of Calico. Levinson used to be a Board Member at Google, and he is currently the Chairman of Apple’s Board of Directors and Genetech. Yesterday on the Google TV Blog and site, Google announced that over the next few months they plan on giving away a total of 10,000 free Google TV devices. Before you get too excited, note this morning they already gave out 3,000 of those at the Adobe Max conference. That leaves 7,000 total left to give out. They’ve stated on the blog that 3,500 will be given out to developers that are part of the http://code....

Godzilla: King of the Monsters introduced a multitude of new Titans to the MonsterVerse, and one of the newest monsters is a creature called Scylla. The 2014 Godzilla film featured three Titans, comprised of two M.U.T.O.s, and of course, Godzilla himself. Another Titan, King Kong, appeared in Kong: Skull Island, and then King of the Monsters brought the number of Titans in the MonsterVere to a staggering 17. Google has announced a major restructuring of the entire organization, starting with the creation of an all-new company called Alphabet, Inc., which will now serve as the parent company of Google and all of its previous projects.
